We are a family owned business

We started out in real estate with the vision to bring affordable housing to the market. In the beginning we “Flipped” homes and brought value back to the surrounding communities. Once the interest rates doubled, building material went up and the prices of homes were out of reach for most we decided that home building was the avenue to go.

Being a small family owned business we can offer custom home builds and market homes at an affordable price. We don’t have the overhead that we have to pass down to the customer so we are able to bridge the gap between quality and affordable.
